The Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance (MCCGP) at the Yale School of Management provides active support for research in corporate governance and disseminates its work to the world’s academic, policy-making and professional communities. More about our goals can be found on our mission page. The Center’s affiliated faculty and fellows are comprised of leading scholars and practitioners from a variety of disciplines. Our advisory board is comprised of leaders in the business and financial communities. To learn about more about the MCCGP, visit our Research, Resources, News, and Calendar pages. Interdisciplinary research has a long history at Yale. The Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance provides a forum for continuing this tradition, bringing together scholars from the School of Management, the Yale Law School, the Yale Economics Department, and other graduate and professional programs within Yale University to study governance mechanisms in global context. Your comments and questions are welcome!
