September 23, 2008: Modern Capital Markets Paris Roundtable
Modern Capital Markets Roundtables are a series of discussions, in cooperation with the oecd, bringing together thought leaders in New York, London, Berlin, São Paolo, Dubai, Shanghai—and a special regulatory session in DC. The findings from these sessions resulted in a Center report and would benefit an oecd session in Paris. The overall effect would be to begin rebuilding consensus on policy agendas that foster robust capital markets and identify the consequences of the new capital market.
