June 18-19, 2007: Yale Governance Forum
The Millstein Center’s Second Annual Governance Forum will be taking place on June 18-19, 2007. This year’s Forum, sponsored by Deloitte, with funding from Standard & Poor's and Grant Thornton, will focus on shareholder rights and shareholder voting. The sessions we are planning will assess the proper balance between regulation and shareholder activism, evaluate whether shareholder participation affects executive compensation, and judge how institutions charged with casting shareholder votes undertake this responsibility.
