February 29, 2008: Rating Corporate Governance and Performance Roundtable (Part Three)
Rating Corporate Governance and Performance Roundtable (Part Three), a one-day conference took place on February 29th 2008 in New York City. This was a follow-up to the earlier roundtables on November 2, 2006 and May 11, 2007. This series of roundtables examined how different firms rate corporate governance and how they incorporate these ratings into their analyses. The session allowed comparison to the findings of the earlier conference. The Center has published a preliminary report in June 2007 and would publish follow-up reports in the future.
