April 19, 2007: Yale Symposium on Corporate Governance
This interdisciplinary symposium, jointly sponsored by the Center and the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at the School of Management, brings to Yale distinguished scholars from a variety of disciplines to present current research on corporate governance, broadly defined to encompass cutting-edge issues of the day concerning business organizations and the markets and regulatory environments in which they operate.
