Advisory Board
The purpose of the Advisory Board is to provide advice, guidance and support for, and advocacy for, the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance within the context and parameters of its mission. The Advisory Board meets twice annually, once in New Haven and once in New York. The Chairman is David Nierenberg, President, Nierenberg Investment Management Company.
