About the Center

The Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance (MCCGP) at the Yale School of Management is a leading global resource for studying the premise that corporations should serve society responsibly, ethically and transparently. Efforts are directly related to understanding the capacity of corporations and institutional investors around the world to deal with strategy and risk, and their alignment with each other and with the interests of beneficial owners. 

Center leaders draw on the convening power of Yale University to leverage their international relationships and decades of experience to bring together top practitioners and academics in pursuit of critical research and policy insight. The Center’s dedicated staff, board members, faculty and partners help promote its mission. 

Founded in 2006, the Center pursues its goals through by:

  • Publishing working papers
  • Teaching courses and hosting on-campus seminars
  • Convening conferences, workshops and roundtables
  • Incubating long term networks and market institutions
