Milica Boskovic is the Managing Director of the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance. Prior to joining the Yale School of Management, Milica was the Deputy Director and Researcher for the New York State Commission on Public Authority Reform. The Commission was established by Governor Pataki to review New York’s several hundred public authorities and issue recommendations on their governance and accountability. The final report was released in June 2006.
Previously, Ms. Boskovic was the Director of the Division for International Business for New York City under Mayor Rudolph Giuliani. She has also held the positions of Director of Communications for the Weissman Center for International Business at Baruch College/CUNY; Editor of the International Business in New York City Directory; and has worked as a journalist.
She has a Master's of International Affairs degree in Media and Communications from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), an MA degree in International Political Economy from the CUNY Graduate Center, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from New York University.
