The Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance and the CFA Institute Centre for Financial Market Integrity is hosting a one-day conference to explore the relationship between integrity and corporate culture on long term value and corporate performance, as well as the more complex issues of assessing integrity and ethics in investment risk or performance analyses.
The various panels will explore definitions of these terms; the value that integrity plays in assessments; methodologies; the impact on faith and culture on performance; and the need to change the overall infrastructure to avoid future crises.
